For more than 5 years, I've been a customer service assistant in charge of point of sale and in-store marketing communications, showing leadership and resilient qualities.

Spent 6 months at Waitrose & Partners Head Office working with the Art Director on the Christmas campaign to implement innovative thinking for streamlining internal operations. I developed unique ideas for social media material and fully analysed our competitors leading up to the Christmas period.

TheBay is my answer to eBay's brief, which was to get more of Gen Z buying and selling on eBay. TheBay is an event where everything is for sale, making buying more social.
